Penn State Mont Alto 76, Penn State Schuylkill 73

MONT ALTO, Pa. – The men's basketball team saw four players put up 10+ points on Tuesday evening against conference opponents Penn State Schuylkill. Cameron Williams led all scorers with 17 points and teammates Caleb Eckert and Nathan Osei followed close behind with 15 and 14 points respectively. Mont Alto took it to the wire but came out on top in a big win. Darrius Bush also contributed to the team's success with a 12-point double-double.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

-A layup from Darrius Bush and 3-pointer from Nathan Osei put Mont Alto up 5-3 early

-No team led by more than two points until a jump shot from Schuylkill's Hadir Boswell put them up four with 11:16 left in the first half

-Schuylkill extended their lead to 10 with a jumper from Lamine Diop

-Mont Alto answered back and a layup from Nathan Osei tied the game 38-38 with 2:24 remaining in the half  

-Cameron Williams hit a big 3-pointer to tie the game at 41 each and followed closely with a layup to send Mont Alto to the locker room with a 43-41 lead

-Bryson Fleming and Nathan Osei hit 3's of their own to give Mont Alto a 10-point lead with 17:30 left in the game

-Schuylkill formed a comeback of their own and took a one-point lead on a pair of free throws from Bryce Hensley with 2:08 remaining

-Caleb Eckert hit a pair of free throws to put Mont Alto up 74-71 and Bryson Fleming followed suit to ice the game at 76-73 with 00:14 left in the contest
